Dear Fan Nhiär,

We were part of a local Miami event yesterday evening called Chocolate with Love. It was a lot of fun and the facial expressions of everyone who tried Nhiär for the first time was a consistent awe and appreciation for its uniqueness.

We will officially be launching some new products in April/May and have been demoing them through events.

Thank you for staying with us through our journey. We’re excited to have you as part of Fan Nhiär. One person will get a sample of 8 from our future truffle collection.

Chocolate can be used in many ways. One of my favorite things to do with chocolate is to make chocolate mousse. Yes, the typical mousse contains gelatin BUT I found a vegan substitute called agar agar by .official - it’s a seaweed based product that mimicks gelatin. Unlike rehydrating gelatin though, you have to heat up the agar agar to activate. This was a cake I made (leisurely) for - what better way to spread Nhiär than with chocolate ❤️

PS this cake is also refined sugar free (yep using monkfruit by ) and an orange blossom syrup to hydrate the layers (also with monkfruit)
