🌽Some recipes just stick with you. This creamed corn? My grandmother taught me this one, and every time I make it I’m right back in that Brooklyn kitchen with her and my mom, learning more than just how to cook. That kind of love you can taste. 🌽

Ingredients:
5 ears of corn
Caranation milk
Heavy cream
Unsalted butter
Season to your liking (I used garlic butter & AP seasoning, black pepper, garlic, seasoning)

Running my private chef & catering business has been the ultimate roller coaster — but I wouldn’t trade a single moment of it. This is my passion, my purpose, and my calling.
