Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken

Ingredients:
500g chicken (breast or thighs)
Salt & black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
5 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 cup cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian herbs
Fresh parsley
Lemon juice (optional)
Steps:
Season chicken with spices
Sear chicken until golden
Remove and set aside
Melt butter, cook garlic
Add broth, cream, parmesan
Stir into smooth sauce
Add chicken back
Simmer for 5–8 minutes
Garnish and serve
