Drink A Seat is an exploration of the liquid artistry produced from Mexico down through to Patagonia and aims to be a space for the producer to tell their stories and share their processes. In an effort to highlight their traditions, their resistance, and in some cases their rediscovery and their revaluation, the producers and the products hold center stage here.

Why an exploration of the drinks of ferments of Latin America? I am a forever student of Latin America and have been working with spirits, ferments, cocktails, and drinks for over 20 years, for me, there is nothing more perfect than combining the two -join me!
