What an amazing day at The 2025 Denver Ramen Festival. We didn't defend our championship from last year with our Ginger Beer Gladed Pork Belly Ramwn but we took 2nd place Best Broth(smoked lamb and porcini) 3rd place Best Presentation(14 ingredients!!). And made some amazing new friends along the way!!
