There is something so satisfying about a wonderful light green tea after a full day of sitting at my desk preparing art files for fall winter 2021. Everyday I crave my next cup of tea and more and more it’s satisfying when a flavor I’ve blended blows my mind.
Today I’ve taste tested a cup of lavender chai, 2 cups of Bai Mu Dan (yum!!) and I’m topping it off with my favorite go to our Moon Palace Chun Mee. Why do I love this one so much? Mellow and refined, a perfect way to end my day.

Even though we’ve lost power because of the hurricane and we’ve had to cook over a fire for lunch we still managed to boil water enough to make our favorite yellow tea this afternoon. Too hot to sit indoors means we get to enjoy the great outside. Also less than 2% battery all for you! 🐪

This variety of yellow tea steeps a golden yellow cup of tea. It’s delicious floral aroma and taste finishes smooth, mellow, and buttery.
Steep 1.5-2 tsp. in 8 fl. oz. water, 175 F for 3 mins.
