Dessert Proof focuses on small batch, indulgent brownies and cookie combinations infused with alcohol —whiskey, rum, tequila, vodka and more! The desserts are made from fine quality ingredients including rich Irish butter, Belgian chocolate, French cocoa, pure Madagascar vanilla beans, fresh seasonal fruit, and premium spirits. Dessert Proof officially debuted at the Hester Street Fair on the Lowe

r East Side in late June 2017 and at the Long Island City Flea + Food from July through the end of August. Dessert Proof was an exhibitor at the Pacific House "To Each His Home” Student Benefit Concert & Tasting Event in March 2017 in Old Greenwich, CT and was featured on Socialfly’s SocialLIVE in July 2017. Find us at Marcus Garvey Park’s Farmer’s Market every Saturday between 10am and 4pm in Harlem!
