Our water is an extraordinary natural wonder. The snow and rain that falls on the Apennine Mountains collects in gentle pools before embarking on a long journey. As it slowly filters through sandstone and clay, flows along winding channels, the water is naturally enriched with a perfect balance of mineral salts. Lemon-shaped sorbetto-on-a-stick made with 100% organic fruit, grown only in Italy, plus Galvanina’s own natural mineral spring water and organic cane sugar. No artificial flavors or ingredients. The only coloring is from organic black carrots. Each Lolly is handmade with a secret double “creaming” process for silky gelato-like texture. Non-dairy, vegan, organic, non-GMO. Sorbet was always served in cups in Italy, but things changed dramatically in the 1950s when an Italian artisan got the idea to press sorbet into a lemon-shaped mold and attach it to a stick. He named them La Bomba--the bomb--and sold them along the chic beaches near the town of Rimini, birthplace of famed film director Federico Fellini. The Galvanina Company created LOLLY in 2016 to introduce La Bomba to the rest of the world. La Bomba’s name may have changed, but its unique, unmistakable taste and hand-made artisan quality remains as remarkable today as it was in 1950.
