Fat Guys in a Little Smoke BBQ We are 4 guys competing in Kansas City Barbecue Society (KCBS) sanctioned barbecue events throughout New York State and around the East Coast.

We compete in all KCBS categories: chicken, ribs, pork shoulder, and brisket. In our inaugural season, we entered 3 competitions and finished 33rd out of 205 in the Empire State Barbecue Championship standings. Our notable category finishes include 10th place in Ribs at The Battle Of the Brethren in Holtsville, NY and 2nd place in Chicken at the Hudson Valley Ribfest in New Paltz, NY.
