RODEO FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH to welcome the spring here in beautiful Ridgewood! Fried chicken cutlet with bbq sauce, onion rings, cabbage, tomatoes and pickled jalapeños in a toasted brioche bun. Available vegetarian! And don’t worry. I know it looks impossible but once I squished this one down it fit right in my face hole no problem.

After 24 hours in buttermilk and hot sauce, these nuggets will be so nice and tender. Tossed in an extra seasoned dredge. Served with buffalo and ranch on the side for dipping. Come and get some with your sweetheart this Valentine’s Day.
