Still so excited after the fantastic Pre-Xmas dinner Bari in my heart! Great food and an amazing group of friends!! I thank all of you for letting me share with you my love for food, for Italy and for special people like YOU! I don't want to forget anyone so I just name Orani and Prima because they've always been there, nevertheless :)
AND WE'RE NOT DONE, THE BEST IS YET TO COME!! Stay connected!

Hot FOCACCIA, my special MINESTRONE SOUP, zia Flavia's OPERA'S PASTA (ok it's farfalle -butterfly shaped pasta- "alla norma" -a eggplant and ricotta tomato sauce- so tell me... is there a first course more OPERA than this?? ;) )
To follow: EGGPLANT POLPETTE (dont call them meatballs!!) and... HEY SHOULD I WRITE THE WHOLE MENU HERE OR I MADE YOU HUNGRY ENOUGH???
