Our Strawberry Matcha Boba Tea recipe, which features our Matcha Green Tea Sweet Matcha powder is the perfect treat to enjoy on a warm spring day, and how fitting that today is also #nationalbubbleteaday 🥳
Strawberry Matcha Boba Tea 🧋
Serves 1
Ingredients:
1/3 cup boba/ tapioca pearls
1 tablespoon honey
1.5 tsp Ito En matcha powder
1/2 water
1/2 cup strawberry milk (recipe below)
Directions:
1. Prepare the boba pearls according to the package directions. Drain and transfer the pearls to a small bowl. Add the honey, stir and let sit for 5 minutes, stirring once.
2. Combine the matcha and water using a whisk, blender or mason jar until smooth and frothy.
3. Add the boba pearls to a large glass. Add in strawberry milk and a small handful of ice. Top with the matcha mixture. Stir and enjoy!
Strawberry Milk
Ingredients:
1/2 cup milk of choice
4 strawberries, sliced
1 tsp honey
Directions:
1. If making your own strawberry milk, place milk, strawberries and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Combine matcha and water using a whisk, blender or mason jar until smooth and frothy.
3. Pour the matcha into a glass filled with ice. Top with the strawberry milk. Stir and enjoy!

Thank you to all the incredible supporters of the 3.11 Japanese food drive for Food Bank For New York City. Last Friday, on March 11, we were able to contribute over $8,400 worth of food, drink and supplies to Food Bank from the Japan-related community. In this way, we could commemorate 3.11, and bring together communities which have suffered during this prolonged, intense pandemic period.
Generous donations, time, cars and vans for transport, handwritten notes and impressive weight-bearing skills all made this food drive organized by JAA and the Consulate General of Japan in New York possible, and were greatly appreciated by the staff of Food Bank. These donations will be given out from their food pantry this week and the 700 lbs in Japanese rice (half of which was from #Tohoku) will be used for hot meals.

I am a big fan of your tea products. Best tea, when compared to the other brands. I'm not a fan of $1.60 a bottle, but that doesn't stop me from buying it.
The flavor is great! We only have the green bottle and the jasmine, but I like them and plan to buy more very soon. My own tea is motor oil compared to your products.
