2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 packet ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frankโ€™s RedHot)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)

1 sleeve (about 30) saltine crackers, crushed

1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)

1. Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.

๐Ÿงพ Ingredients (Makes 1 loaf)

For the Sourdough Base:

1 cup active sourdough starter

1 1/2 cups warm water

3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1/2 tsp salt

For the Ube Coconut Swirl:

1/2 cup ube halaya (purple yam jam)

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp sugar (optional, adjust sweetness)

๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions

Prepare the Dough:

In a large bowl, mix sourdough starter and water until combined.

Add flour and salt, knead until a smooth dough forms (approx. 10 min).

Let it rest and ferment for 4โ€“6 hours until doubled in size.

Prepare the Swirl:

Mix ube halaya, coconut milk, and sugar until smooth.

Shape the Loaf:

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Spread the ube-coconut mixture evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough tightly into a log and place in a greased loaf pan or on a baking sheet.

Second Rise:

Cover and let the dough rise for 1โ€“2 hours until slightly puffed.

Bake:

Preheat oven to 220ยฐC / 425ยฐF.

Score the top with a sharp knife.

Bake 30โ€“35 minutes until golden and cooked through.

Cool completely before slicing to reveal the beautiful swirl.
