๐ถALABAMA FIRECRACKER DIP ๐ถ๐ฅ๐ง
Bold, creamy, spicy, and addictive โ this dip is bursting with zesty ranch, hot sauce, cheese, and crushed crackers for a fiery crunch in every scoop!
๐ Ingredients:
2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frankโs RedHot)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
1 sleeve (about 30) saltine crackers, crushed
1/4 cup chopped green onions or parsley (for garnish)
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions:
1. Mix the Base:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
Mix in ranch seasoning, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
2. Add Cheese & Crackers:
Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and gently fold in crushed saltines (reserve a handful for topping if you like a crunch).
3. Garnish & Chill:
Spoon into a serving bowl and top with remaining crushed crackers and green onions or parsley.
Chill for 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
