Did you know cashews grow on fruits?

Growing up in Indonesia, I saw these everywhere, and my grandma would roast them for us as a snack.

But when I moved to the U.S., I realized the cashews at grocery stores tasted nothing like the ones I grew up with.

With the help of my sister, we revived our grandma’s recipe and started roasting them again.

All in hopes that more people get to try them the way we did growing up.

Lupus is a big reason this company exists. Our founder was diagnosed with lupus and instead of letting it stop her, she built something from it. Nuts+Nuts exists because she wanted to share snacks that is safe, healthy and made with love.

We are doing a series for 🪷 spring veggie produces 🪷 !

Asparagus, when in seasoned, has this satisfying crunch, almost sweet and plump. It tasted very different during season. We wanted to utilize this produce as much as we can.

Sweet Savory Sesame Asparagus

Sweet from our Honey Sesame Nuts+Nuts. Savory tangy from the sauce. This recipe is what you call high payoff, low effort. (The secret is in the ✨nuts✨)

Recipe:
-1 pound asparagus, woody stems removed
-1/4 cup of peanut/sesame/tahini sauce
-1/4 cup of soy sauce
-1 tb rice vinegar
-Honey Sesame Nuts+Nuts or Honey Cashews (needs to be sweet)
-Salt & pepper to taste
-Toasted black sesame seeds
