Do you love summer so much you wish you could drink it? Do yourself a favor and mix up a Fire Island Martini 🍸
Tom Jackson crafted his Supergay 'Fire Island' Dry Gin recipe with kelp sourced from the waters of Fire Island for a gin that really tastes like summer. It also contains Tasmanian pepperberries, a nod to his childhood summers growing up in Australia 🦘
How to make it:
2 oz Supergay Fire Island Dry Gin
0.5 oz Antica Torino Bianco Vermouth
0.25 oz Lustau Fino Sherry
Stir with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass or Nick & Nora. Garnish with 3 drops celery bitters and a lemon twist with a dried kelp ribbon.
