Hi, I'm Kim! If we've met at a market, you already know I can talk about food all day. I'm the founder and owner of Touch of the Caribbean a.k.a. Toque Caribeño, and while my business is based in North Carolina, my story started in Queens, New York, where my Dominican roots and love for Caribbean cooking were shaped. What began as cooking for friends and family has grown into handcrafted seasonings, recipes, catering, and products that help people bring authentic Caribbean flavor into their own kitchens. My hope is that every bite reminds you that good food doesn't have to be complicated—it just needs the right flavor and a little love.
