💙 Blue Lagoon – Bright, tropical, and packed with flavor.

🥟 Jamaican Beef Patties – Flaky pastry filled with savory beef and just the right amount of spice. An absolute must-order.

🍗 Jerk Chicken + Mac & Cheese – The dish that brought us here. Smoky, juicy, perfectly seasoned, and falling right off the bone. Some of the best jerk chicken we’ve ever had. The mac & cheese was creamy, rich, and the perfect side.

🍖 Oxtails + Red Beans & Rice – Tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The meat came right off the bone and wasn’t overly fatty. Paired perfectly with the red beans and rice.

🍞 Festival – Slightly sweet and soft bread. The perfect complement to the savory flavors of the meal.

Y’all kept telling us…👇🏼

“You HAVE to try Rocky’s BBQ in Columbia, PA”and wow… you were right. 🔥🤤

We stopped by on a Sunday shortly after opening and they were already selling out left and right, but thankfully we still managed to get our hands on some incredible eats. Here is what we had:

🍖 Brisket Empanadas – Stuffed with brisket, these were unreal.

🥣 The River Bowl – smoked mild sausage piled over baked beans and creamy mac & cheese. Comfort food perfection.

🐷 Pulled Pork – ridiculously tender, juicy, and packed with flavor.

🍖 Smoked Ribs – juicy, perfectly smoked, and seasoned just right.

🧀 Mac & Cheese – Creamy, cheesy, delicious

Now we have an excuse to go back because we missed out on their brisket and a few other menu favorites that sold out before we could snag them.

This needs to go on your July bucket list👇🏼

Head to the Edge in NYC for what might be one of the most unforgettable Fourth of July experiences in New York City. A front-row view of the NYC fireworks from one of the highest observation decks in the Western Hemisphere. 🗽💫

If you’re looking for the best place to watch fireworks in NYC, this event is definitely worth considering. Tickets for the Edge NYC Fourth of July celebration will be going on sale soon, and they aren’t cheap. Last year, prices were around $400 per person. But when you factor in the exclusive fireworks viewing area, open bar, live DJ, and panoramic views of the Manhattan skyline, it’s easy to understand why tickets sell out so quickly.

Is it a splurge? Absolutely.

Is it a once-in-a-lifetime New York City experience you’ll remember forever? Also absolutely.

For us, it’s one of those bucket-list NYC events that’s worth doing at least once.

🚆 Travel tip: Take Amtrak from Harrisburg of Philly to New York City to avoid holiday traffic, parking fees, and the stress of driving into Manhattan. Once you arrive at Penn Station, it’s a quick trip to Hudson Yards and the Edge observation deck.

🎟️ If you’re thinking about attending the Edge NYC fireworks event, keep an eye out for ticket announcements and be ready to book fast.

Sometimes the best travel memories come from saying “yes” to an incredible experience. 🎆✨

We headed to one of the new hottest spots in the Poconos, The Honesdale Pub, to check out their new food challenge, and wow… this thing is massive.

Loaded with a giant Italian hoagie, jumbo cheesesteak, 1-pound Wagyu burger, wings, fries, mac n chz and funnel cake fries, you’ve got 45 minutes to finish it all for a t-shirt, gift card, and ultimate bragging rights.

We decided to share it instead (we know our limits 😂), but every bite was incredible. The burger was unreal, the cheesesteak delivered, and those funnel cake fries were worth the trip alone.

If you do the challenge and beat the current best time of 29:53 you get it for free. If not, total meal is $79.95 if you complete it in the timeframe(a steal)..and if you don’t feel like doing the challenge, you can share it for $89.95..

HangDog Outdoor Adventure in Easton, PA is it you guys! Ziplining, climbing, laughs, a little fear, and a whole lotta fun. The courses were beginner-friendly but still gave us that adrenaline rush 😅

And the best part? Once you’re done climbing, there’s an on-site brewery with live music, fire pits, games, and some CRAZY good homemade food. Those Nashville hot chicken bites?? Still thinking about them 🤤🍕🍻

Safe to say… we’re already planning our next trip back.

Crispy shoestring fries loaded up with buffalo chicken, melted jack cheese, ranch, and jalapeños. Loaded is honestly an understatement. Messy, cheesy, spicy perfection. 🔥

Two perfectly cooked smash patties stacked with melty cheese and all the fixins on a soft bun. Crispy edges, juicy center, and exactly what a smash burger should be.

🐔 Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich
An absolutely MASSIVE Nashville hot chicken sandwich topped with fresh slaw. Crispy, juicy, packed with flavor, and the perfect amount of heat. This thing is a showstopper.

🌯 Chicken Wrap
Their new chicken wrap is stuffed FULL, not some tiny little wrap pretending to be a meal. Packed with juicy chicken and loaded with flavor in every bite.

Y’all… Soko Bag is INSANE.

Here’s what we had:

Kimchi Loaded Fries- Crispy, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and honestly one of the most unique fry combos we’ve had in a while. Absolutely MUST order.

🍗 Korean Fried Chicken- We ordered three 1/2 lb flavors and every single one delivered!

🔥 White Cheddar Snow- never thought we’d order wings covered in white cheddar dust, but WOW… game changer.

🔥 5 Starr Sesame- PRO TIP- dip in kimchi aioli, ridiculously flavorful.

🔥 Ghost Cheddar BBQ — HOT 🥵 OOWEE.
