Last week, I was fortunate enough to attend Natural Products Expo East with my friends at Jasberry Rice! We took to Philly to share our love for black rice and its amazing health benefits. But more specifically, we shared the mission and purpose behind the brand—to solve the problem of farmer poverty in Thailand. 👨‍🌾 🌱

I have to say, it was invigorating getting to be part of this show with the Jasberry team. There is nothing better than sharing your passions for natural, organic, and healthy products with people who feel excited about them, too!

Big congratulations to Jasberry on the win of the National Pitch Slam! I am so grateful to have been part of it. What a great experience!! Excited for what's to come! 🙌

In my element—sharing my passion for dark foods, including black rice. 🖤

Over the past few days, I've been demoing at local in NJ. It always lights me up when I get to share the health benefits of black rice. During my demos, I shared samples of my Forbidden Banana Bread and inspired others to get creative with how they can incorporate black rice into their diet.

Eating healthy doesn't have to mean sacrificing your favorite foods or treats. I'm always experimenting with recipes and changing it up. Check out my page for ideas on how to cook with black rice, and stay tuned for the launch of my cookbook. 🌾🧑🏻‍🍳
