When I’m not in the kitchen cheffing it up, you can usually find me somewhere in the world letting food, people, and culture pour into me. Back in April, I found myself wandering through the colorful, chaotic beauty of a Brazilian market—laughing with locals, tasting everything I could get my hands on, and soaking in the rhythm of life around me. 🇧🇷

I tried meals that danced on my tongue, met people whose warmth matched the heat of the sun, and yes… I brought back some of the hottest peppers in the world to keep the fire going back home. 🌶️

It was one of those rare moments where everything aligned—peace, joy, adventure, flavor. This is what freedom tastes like. This is why I travel. Because outside the kitchen, I’m still chasing spice, stories, and soul.
