My skills with food and the personalized service I provide can transform any event into a very special occasion. Every day’s a blast since i decided to follow my passion and attend the french culinary institute in new york city (now known as the international culinary center). I feel very lucky to have found my passion and wish the same for everybody. Since graduating from the institute, i’ve been

fortunate to be able to work at one of the best catering halls in town, and i’ve also had the opportunity to work at great restaurants in new york city, where i’ve continued to learn the ins and outs of my wonderful art. These days i’m pursuing my passion as a solo chef, working from my own kitchen. My dishes are vibrant and colorful, a dynamic fusion of my Brazilian, French and Asian influences. I do off-premises catering, serving upscale parties, business meetings and intimate social gatherings. And people are telling me they just love what i bring to the table.
