Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can (10.5 oz / 300 g) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
½ cup cooked and crumbled bacon, about 6 slices
½ cup milk
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp chopped green onions, optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook the egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Whisk the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt together until smooth.

Fold in the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon.

Transfer to the prepared casserole dish and spread evenly.

Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and bacon.

Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and continue baking for 10–15 minutes, until hot, bubbly, and golden.

Rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.

Ingredients
3 cups cooked shredded rotisserie chicken
3 cups cooked white rice

1 packet (1 oz) onion soup mix
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
8 slices Provolone cheese
1 container (6 oz) crispy French fried onions
3 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, for the topping

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Combine the shredded chicken and cooked white rice in a large bowl.

Add the cream of chicken soup, sour cream or cream cheese, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and mozzarella. Mix until creamy and evenly combined.

Transfer the chicken and rice mixture to a baking dish and spread it into an even layer.

Arrange the Provolone slices over the casserole.

Combine the crispy French fried onions with melted butter and Worcestershire sauce, then spread them over the Provolone.

Golden-seared pork chops simmered until tender in a rich, creamy gravy loaded with onions, peppers, and garlic.

Ingredients
4 bone-in pork chops, about ¾-inch thick
1–2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp Creole seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
½ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 white onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 habanero or chili pepper, optional
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 cup chicken stock or broth
½ cup Mexican crema, sour cream, or heavy cream
Hot sauce, for garnish
Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Season the pork chops on all sides with Creole seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat oil over medium-high heat and sear the chops for 3–5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.

Cook the onion, bell pepper, and optional chili pepper in the same skillet until softened. Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.

Gradually pour in the chicken stock, stirring until a smooth, thick gravy forms.

Reduce the heat and stir in the Mexican crema, sour cream, or heavy cream.

Return the pork chops and their juices to the skillet. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15–20 minutes, until tender and cooked to at least 145°F (63°C).

Directions

Combine the corn muffin mix, creamed corn, drained sweet corn, sour cream, melted butter, sugar, and egg in a large bowl. Stir until evenly combined.

Ingredients
Fresh broccoli florets
Cooked rice
3–4 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1 tsp garlic base
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
2 cups half-and-half or heavy cream
Sour cream
Grated Parmesan cheese
Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Smoked paprika, to taste
Celery salt, to taste
All-purpose seasoning, to taste
Chicken broth, as needed
Shredded Colby Jack cheese
Garlic-butter crackers, crushed
Fresh parsley

Directions

Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the broccoli for 2–3 minutes. Immediately transfer it to an ice bath, then drain well.

Melt the butter in a skillet and cook the diced onion until softened.

Stir in the garlic base and Dijon mustard, then add the flour. Cook briefly to form a smooth roux.

Gradually pour in the half-and-half or heavy cream while stirring. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until the sauce thickens.

Stir in the sour cream, Parmesan, and Monterey Jack until creamy and melted.

Ingredients

For the Mac and Cheese

2 blocks sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Colby Jack cheese, shredded
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
Evaporated milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
Onion powder, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Paprika, to taste
Cajun seasoning, to taste
Cooked pasta noodles

For the Steak Bites

Ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
Olive oil
Steak seasoning
Minced garlic
Butter
Fresh parsley

Directions

Melt 3 tablespoons butter and stir in the flour. Gradually add the evaporated milk and heavy whipping cream, stirring until smooth and thickened.

Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Cajun seasoning.

Stir half of the shredded cheese blend into the sauce until melted, then fold in the cooked pasta.

Layer the macaroni mixture and remaining shredded cheese in an oven-safe baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes, until creamy, bubbly, and golden on top.

Coat the ribeye pieces with olive oil and steak seasoning.

Ingredients
6 cups water
2 cups uncooked grits
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/2 cup butter, cut into pieces, divided
1 lb ground pork sausage
12 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a large baking dish.

Bring the water to a boil. Stir in the grits, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Mix in 2 cups Cheddar and half of the butter until melted.

Cook the pork sausage over medium-high heat until browned and crumbly, about 5–7 minutes. Drain and add to the grits.

Whisk the eggs and milk together. Lightly scramble over medium-low heat, then mix into the grits.

8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 bag frozen halal Italian-style meatballs, thawed
24 oz jar pasta sauce
Dried parsley, optional

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Arrange the Italian bread slices in a single layer in an ungreased 9×13-inch baking dish. Use smaller bread pieces to fill any gaps.

Combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until creamy. Spread evenly over the bread.

Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer.

Cornbread Taco Casserole

Cornbread Layer

Cornbread mix
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
3/4 cup heavy cream

Meat Layer

1 lb ground beef
1 packet mild taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
Canned Mexicorn, optional
1 can mild Rotel

Creamy Topping

2 cups sour cream
1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
Chopped green onions
Remaining Mexican blend shredded cheese

For Topping

Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomato
Sliced black olives
Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Mix the cornbread mix, egg, melted butter, and heavy cream. Spread into a baking dish smaller than 9x13 inches and bake for 20 minutes.

Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Stir in taco seasoning, water, Mexicorn, and Rotel until well combined.

Spread the beef mixture evenly over the baked cornbread.

Combine sour cream, 1 cup Mexican blend cheese, and green onions. Spread over the beef layer and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F and bake for 15–20 minutes.
