Tender beef and colorful vegetables coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce make this an easy and satisfying dinner.
Ingredients:
* 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 1 cup broccoli florets
* 1 red bell pepper, sliced
* 1 carrot, thinly sliced
* 1 cup snap peas
* 4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
* 1/4 cup honey
* 3 tbsp soy sauce
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tsp cornstarch
* 2 tbsp water
Directions:
* Whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and water.
* Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
* Cook beef until browned and remove from the skillet.
* Add vegetables and stir-fry for 4–5 minutes.
* Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
* Return beef to the skillet.
* Pour in the sauce and toss until everything is coated.
* Simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
* Serve over rice or noodles.
