Ooey-Gooey Cheddar Bacon Ranch Stuffed Chicken Delights
Crispy on the outside, cheesy and bacon-packed on the inside!
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, butterflied
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup crispy bacon, crumbled
2 tbsp ranch dressing
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt & pepper
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
½ cup flour
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp butter (for searing)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Mix cheddar, bacon, ranch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Stuff chicken breasts with mixture, secure with toothpicks.
Dredge in flour, dip in egg, coat in panko.
Sear in butter for 2 minutes per side, then bake for 20-25 minutes.

Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)
• 4 brioche burger buns
• 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
• 4 tablespoons garlic butter (softened, divided)
• 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 cup crispy fried onions
• 1/2 cup sliced pickles
• Lettuce leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined—do not overwork the meat.
3. Divide the beef mixture into four equal portions and shape them into patties slightly larger than the burger buns.
4. Spread 1/2 tablespoon of garlic butter on the inside of each brioche bun and toast on the grill or skillet until golden. Set aside.
5. Grill the burger patties for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and allow it to melt.
6. Assemble the burgers: Spread mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the toasted bun bottoms. Place a lettuce leaf (if using), then the cheesy burger patty, crispy fried onions, pickles, and top with the bun lid.
7. Serve hot with your favorite sides, like fries or a fresh salad.

Cheesy stuffed mozzarella onion rings
Ingredients :
for 9 onion rings
2 large white onions
3 slices mozzarella cheese
2 cups flour(250 g)
5 eggs
2 cups breadcrumb(230 g)
oil, for frying
marinara sauce
Preparation :
Peel and cut onions into 1-centimeter (½ inch) rings. Separate the rings.
Slice the mozzarella into 4 even strips.
Place a smaller onion ring in the center of a larger one.
Fill the gap between the rings with the mozzarella strips. For extra cheesiness, use two layers of cheese. Repeat with remaining onion rings and freeze for 1 hour.
Place the flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs into three separate bowls.
Coat each prepared ring in the flour first. Then dip into the egg, then the breadcrumbs, then the egg again, and one last time into the breadcrumbs. Repeat with the remaining onion rings and place in freezer.
Fill a large pot with oil and set over medium high heat until it reaches 350˚F (175˚C).
Fry the rings until golden brown, being careful not to fry them for too long as the cheese may ooze out completely.
Drain on a paper towel, then serve with marinara!

🦞 Seared Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter Sauce 🍋✨
A decadent seafood dish with perfectly seared lobster tails and a rich, buttery sauce!

📝 Ingredients:

For the Lobster Tails:

4 lobster tails (split in half)
2 tbsp butter (melted)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh chives (chopped, for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:

3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth)
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
🍽️ Directions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail and pull the meat up slightly.
Brush with melted butter, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
2️⃣ Sear the Lobster:

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Place the lobster tails flesh-side down and sear for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Transfer to a baking dish and bake for another 5-7 minutes until opaque and tender.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
Add white wine and let it reduce for 1 minute.
Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thick and creamy.

For the Steak Bites:

1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 🥩
3 tbsp butter 🧈
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tsp dried thyme 🌿
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
For the Creamy Parmesan Shells:

8 oz shell pasta 🍝
2 tbsp butter 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 cup heavy cream 🥛
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Instructions:
Cook the pasta 🍝: Boil shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
Sear the steak bites 🥩: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt & pepper, then cook for 3-5 minutes until browned. Add butter, garlic, and thyme, cooking for another minute. Remove steak from skillet.
Make the sauce 🥛🧀: In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, then pour in heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste.

1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the Cranberry Salsa:
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (thawed if frozen), roughly chopped
¼ cup finely chopped red onion (or shallot)
1 jalapeño or serrano pepper, seeded and minced (optional for heat)
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro (or parsley)
Pinch of salt and pepper, to taste
Topping:
¼ cup pecans, toasted and roughly chopped
Directions
1. Prepare the Salmon
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1/4 cup water
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Directions:

In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and minced garlic.
