All information on this page was produced by Wilde Farm Wines, Forestville, CA. We harvest when the grapes are ripe and sell the wines when they are delicious. In between we try to screw them up as little as possible. Yeasts are ambient, oak neutral and we bottle unfined and unfiltered.
