Inspired by the American Goldfinch’s remarkable migratory journey and seasonal transformation, Goldfinch is crafted from a blend of Canadian whiskies aged between 15-22 years, and finished through Sauternes, Cognac, and heavily toasted American oak casks. The end result is an incredibly considered and complex whiskey that refuses to stand still - evolving from vibrant orchard fruits to creamy vanilla and caramel, bright citrus and warming spice👌
