In this case we’re demonstrating that not everything can be done through automation, there are going to be steps that require human interventions. In this video we are using fingers to release the load at the bottom of the hopper. Overtime with tweaking, I believe we can automate this part.

This dust = progress.

What you’re looking at is 6–8 hours of FroYo dust collected from our production line.

Our vacuum system captures nearly 90% of it — and honestly, that’s not too bad.

The remaining dust happens during split-second moments when a pouch doesn’t open perfectly before filling. Product misses the pouch, dust increases, and cleaning time goes up.

This is the part of food manufacturing people rarely see:

⚙️ constant tweaking
⚙️ small problems
⚙️ daily improvements

Real startups aren’t smooth… they’re refined one adjustment at a time.

Over the last two weeks, we’ve been focused on pouching our FroYo Bites — transforming packaging from bulk production into individual single-serve pouches.

So far, blueberry is leading the way. We’re hoping to finish pouching it today, then move straight into the next flavor tomorrow.

One flavor at a time, one pouch at a time… until all six flavors are ready. 🚀

Two worlds coming together in this phase of the journey…

On one side — our branded master cases.
Dialing in artwork, refining dielines, adjusting dimensions, pressure testing structure — going back and forth until everything feels just right. Once locked, the print turnaround is only a few days… but getting to that locked file takes real work.

On the other — the pouching line.
Fine-tuning vibration settings, transfer pans, dribble trays, product dumpers, weighers, timing sequences — all the mechanical choreography that turns product into a finished retail pouch.

It’s a lot of tweaking. Old-school dialing-in.
But every adjustment gets us closer to a future where machines arrive, plug in, and intuitively run like clockwork.

Until then… we refine. We test. We perfect.

These pouches didn’t happen overnight.

What you’re looking at is years of decisions, revisions, trade-offs, and learning—hung here side by side so you can see the truth for yourself.

In this video, I’m walking you through the evolution of our packaging, starting with the earliest days:
simple pouches, artwork printed on labels, hand-applied—used during the complimentary pre-launch sample giveaways when we shipped thousands of samples across America, not knowing if this dream would ever make it to market.

Next to those are our first printed pouches from California—a major step forward at the time.
And beside them… the newest generation, arrived today from China, representing how far we’ve come and how much we’ve learned.

On the line are all six flavors:
Raspberry, Strawberry, Apricot, Blueberry, Mango, and Original Tart.

Every pouch reflects a choice you don’t see on a shelf:
the film, the feel, raised gloss versus soft touch, zipper placement, tear notches, hole punches, rounded corners, gusset depth, color matching, claim accuracy—even UV registration down to the smallest detail.

If you’re wise, you’ll notice the differences.
If you’re really wise, you’ll understand the cost of getting them right.

Some things can still be refined. Some things are locked.
That’s the reality of building something real.

And now we’ve reached the moment where these pouches are no longer prototypes.
They’re no longer experiments.

They’re ready.
