We can’t think back to the early days of IWC without remembering Stephen Cary. His passion for Oregon wine inspired us to blind-taste Oregon Pinot Noir and Burgundy in 1985, and the result of that tasting set the Oregon Pinot Noir category on fire. He was the personification of “community” in his efforts to bring Oregon wine to the attention of wine lovers in NYC. We are forever proud to have been associated with his mission. RIP, Stephen. https://www.winebusiness.com/people/?go=getPeopleArticle&dataid=198443
