Korean Garlic Cheese Bread – The Ultimate Cheesy Garlic Treat You Need to Try! 🧄🧀✨

Soft, buttery, and packed with creamy cheese in every bite! Make this irresistible bread at home and share it with your loved ones. ❤️ Don’t forget to follow the page, like this recipe, and comment your favorite cheesy recipe!

Ingredients:

For the Bread:

1 round soft bread loaf (400–500 g)

Garlic Butter:

115 g (½ cup) unsalted butter, softened
6 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt

Cream Cheese Filling:

200 g cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp fresh cream or milk

Cheese Filling:

1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set aside.
Prepare the garlic butter by adding the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, sugar, and salt into a bowl. Mix everything together until fully combined and the mixture becomes smooth and flavorful.
In a separate bowl, prepare the cream cheese filling. Beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and fresh cream until the mixture becomes smooth, creamy, and easy to pipe.
Transfer the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag for easier filling.
Take the soft bread loaf and carefully cut it into 6–8 wedges. Make sure not to cut all the way through so the bottom of the loaf stays connected.
Pipe the cream cheese filling generously into each cut section of the bread, making sure every part gets filled.
Add shredded mozzarella cheese into the cuts along with the cream cheese filling, creating a rich and cheesy center.
Brush the prepared garlic butter generously over the entire bread loaf. Make sure the butter reaches between all the slices so every bite is full of garlic flavor.
Place the bread on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and stretchy, and the bread turns golden around the edges.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately while the cheese is warm, gooey, and perfectly melted.

Crispy Fish Fillet (Fish & Chips Style) – The Crispiest Homemade Fish You'll Ever Make! 🐟✨🍋🔥

CTA: Love crispy comfort food? 👍 Follow our page for more irresistible recipes and let us know your favorite dipping sauce in the comments!

Ingredients
500 g white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, haddock, or any firm white fish)
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup cornstarch
1 egg
1 cup cold water or sparkling water
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Oil, for frying
Lemon wedges, for serving
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
French fries, for serving

Directions
Rinse the white fish fillets under cold water and pat them completely dry with paper towels. Removing excess moisture helps the batter stick better and creates a crispier coating.
Cut the fish into evenly sized serving pieces so they cook uniformly.
Season both sides of the fish with the salt, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Allow the fish to rest for 10–15 minutes so the seasonings can pe*****te the fillets.
While the fish is resting, prepare the batter. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and a small pinch of additional salt and black pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
Crack the egg into the dry ingredients and whisk lightly.
Gradually pour in the cold water or sparkling water while whisking continuously until a smooth, lump-free batter forms. The batter should be slightly thick, able to coat the back of a spoon without being overly heavy.
Pour enough oil into a deep frying pan or heavy pot to fully or mostly submerge the fish pieces. Heat the oil to 175°C (350°F). Use a kitchen thermometer for the most accurate temperature if available.
Dip one fish fillet into the batter, ensuring every side is completely coated. Allow any excess batter to drip off for a few seconds.
Carefully place the battered fish into the hot oil. Repeat with additional fillets, being careful not to overcrowd the pan, as this can lower the oil temperature and reduce crispiness.
Fry the fish for 4–6 minutes, turning occasionally if needed, until the coating is deep golden brown, crispy, and the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fried fish using a slotted spoon or tongs and transfer it to a plate lined with paper towels or a wire rack to drain any excess oil while maintaining its crispy texture.
Serve immediately while hot with crispy French fries, fresh lemon wedges for squeezing over the fish, and your favorite dipping sauce. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for an extra burst of color and freshness, if desired.

Simple Tart Shell – Buttery, Flaky & Perfect for Every Dessert! 🥧✨💛🍰

CTA: Baking made easy! ❤️ Follow our page for more delicious homemade recipes and tell us what filling you'd choose for this tart!

Ingredients
1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
½ cup (115 g) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
2 tbsp powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
2–3 tbsp cold water
¼ tsp salt

Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and salt. Stir well until the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
Add the cold, cubed butter to the flour mixture. Using your fingertips, a pastry cutter, or two forks, rub the butter into the flour until the mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs with a few small butter pieces remaining. These small butter pieces help create a flaky crust.
Add the egg yolk and begin mixing gently.
Gradually add the cold water, one tablespoon at a time, mixing after each addition until the dough just comes together. Avoid overmixing, as this can make the crust tough.
Gather the dough into a smooth ball and gently flatten it into a disk. Wrap it tightly in plastic wrap or place it in an airtight container.
Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes to allow it to firm up, making it easier to roll out and helping prevent shrinking during baking.
Lightly flour your work surface and rolling pin. Roll the chilled dough into a circle large enough to fit your tart pan, about ⅛ inch (3 mm) thick.
Carefully transfer the rolled dough into the tart pan, gently pressing it into the bottom and up the sides without stretching it.
Trim away any excess dough from the edges using a knife or by rolling the pin across the top of the pan.
Use a fork to prick the bottom of the crust several times. This helps prevent the pastry from puffing up while baking.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the tart shell in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the crust is lightly golden and fully baked.
Remove the tart shell from the oven and allow it to cool completely in the pan before carefully removing it.
Once cooled, fill it with your favorite sweet filling such as pastry cream, fresh fruit, chocolate filling, lemon filling, or any dessert filling of your choice.

Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until the leaves become wilted and softened. Remove from heat and allow the spinach mixture to cool slightly.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked spinach, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined and form a creamy filling.
Place the thawed puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and cut them into equal-sized squares.
Add a spoonful of the spinach and cheese filling into the center of each pastry square, making sure not to overfill them.
Fold each pastry square into a triangle or rectangle shape. Press the edges firmly with a fork to seal the filling inside.
Brush the tops of the pastries with the beaten egg to create a shiny golden finish. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
Arrange the filled pastries on the prepared baking tray, leaving space between each piece.

Remove from the oven and let the cheese puffs cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy these crispy, cheesy spinach bites!

• 2¼ tsp (7 g) instant yeast
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp oil
• 1 cup (240 ml) warm milk
• 2 tbsp melted butter

For the Filling:
• 2 cups (200 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup (50 g) shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

For Brushing:
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp chopped cilantro

Directions:
In a bowl, combine the warm milk, sugar, and instant yeast. Stir gently and let the mixture rest for 5–10 minutes until it becomes foamy, showing that the yeast is activated.
Add the all-purpose flour, salt, plain yogurt, oil, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Mix everything together until a soft dough begins to form.
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8–10 minutes until it becomes smooth, soft, and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling by mixing the shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cilantro, garlic powder, and chili flakes together in a bowl.
Once the dough has risen, divide it into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a ball.
Flatten each dough ball into a small circle, place a portion of the cheese filling in the center, then bring the edges together to seal the filling inside. Gently roll each stuffed dough ball into a naan shape.
Heat a skillet or flat cooking pan over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2–3 minutes on each side until it puffs up and develops golden brown spots.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped cilantro together.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the hot naan while it is still warm.
Serve immediately with yogurt, curry, or your favorite dipping sauce for a delicious cheesy meal.
