While Working at a boutique hotel and club in the meatpacking district, Jason worked as a lounge promoter and bottle server. It was during this time that he began to get frustrated with a growing problem of details of service going out the window. Modest Hospitality is a company that focuses on the details of service for clients, ranging from Restaurant consultation, to wedding and events planning

. Recently, Modest Hospitality has been hosting an intimate Brunch and Supper Series called Cloud 56. These are held at our new private venue in Midtown East, 56 floors up with 180º bay window views that stretch the entire space, and give one of a kind views from the East River to World Trade Tower. Paired up with NYC's hottest chef's and bartenders from the elite of NYC Restaurants and cocktail lounges, as well as live blues and Jazz served up by world class musicians,Vegas worthy burlesque dancers & magicians, these brunches and suppers are a step away from the norm, and a giant leap above the Clouds. General Information
We are hospitality professionals who have a passion for food and drinks, but more importantly we love taking care of people. We get a certain joy when it comes to putting events together, and you can't find that joy anywhere else. The Great Chef Thomas Keller said that hospitality is not learned, but honed. Not everyone possess hospitality. We are very glad to be one of the few that have it engrained in our heart.
