While Working at a boutique hotel and club in the meatpacking district, Jason worked as a lounge promoter and bottle server. It was during this time that he began to get frustrated with a growing problem of details of service going out the window. We are hospitality professionals who have a passion for food and drinks, but more importantly we love taking care of people. We get a certain joy when it comes to putting events together, and you can't find that joy anywhere else. The Great Chef Thomas Keller said that hospitality is not learned, but honed.
