INGREDIENTS:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup of oats (90g)
1 cup of milk (250ml)
1 egg
1/4 cup of sugar (50g)

METHOD:
Turn the oven to 350
Mash the bananas in an ovenproof dish
and then add the other ingredients.
Mix thoroughly.

Bake for 50 minutes.
After which, remove and leave to cool
completely before slicing.
That's it!
Serve!
