🍗 Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken 🍗
📝 Ingredients
For the Chicken & Coating:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded to an even 3/4inch thickness
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
For the Marinade:
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup store bought ranch dressing
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Ranch Spread:
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup store bought ranch dressing
For the Parmesan Crumb Topping:
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons butter, melted
