✅ Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
Ingredients (for 6-8 servings):
2 lbs ground beef (or 8-10 meat patties)
1 packet onion soup mix (or 1 small onion finely chopped)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Gravy:
2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of mushroom soup
1 cup beef broth or water
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 small onion, sliced (optional)
Fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
Method / Instructions:
Mix ground beef, onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 8-10 patties.
Place the raw patties in the bottom of the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Pour the gravy over the patties.
Cook on Low for 6-7 hours or High for 3-4 hours.
Optional: Add sliced mushrooms and onions on top at the beginning.
Serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
