Thinking about exhibiting at the Fancy Food Show? Here are a few things we learned as first-time exhibitors:
• Read the exhibitor rules well in advance. Sounds obvious but bears repeating 😆
• See if there are local organizations that support emerging brands. Being part of a larger pavilion was one of the best decisions we made.
• Make time for the seminars. Great learnings and great for networking!
• Partner with complementary brands if you can. Those additional touch points were so helpful for discovery.
• And stay open until the last second, then get the heck out of there. They shut off the HVAC, escalators, etc before everyone moves their booths out, so move quickly!
Overall, an incredible experience and highly recommended!
