Build The Bake
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly butter an 8-inch baking dish.
2. Blend the cottage cheese until completely smooth.
3. Whisk together the cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, honey, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until silky.
4. Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, and cinnamon until just combined.
5. Fold in two-thirds of the strawberries and half of the crushed pretzels.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and scatter the remaining strawberries over the top.
7. Sprinkle with the remaining pretzels and a light layer of brown sugar.
8. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving warm.
