Tender Pulled Pork Recipe below w/ tips⤵️⤵️⤵️ I’m not a pro but I’ve smoked at least 100 pork butts in the past 5 years. That being said this is how I did it ⤵️ 🐷 Pork butt 10-12 lbs 🔪 Score the fat side 👹 Mustard as a binder (You can use Mustard or Hot Sauce) 💥 Favorite BBQ Rub 💨 Set Smoker to 225 degrees 💦 Spritz when bark sets with Coke 🌡️ Set probe to 170 degrees internal temp 😮‍💨 When internal temp reaches 170 pull out 💥 place in a 1/2 pan with 2 cups Coke (You can use beer, soda, or 🍏 juice!) 🙆🏻‍♂️ Cover with foil and back in the smoker 🌡️ When probe hits 203 degrees 💤 Rest for 1 hour 😏 Shred and add ’s 😮‍💨 Smoked on Grills SearWood 🔪Knife l!nk in B!0

Dino Ribs 🦖🦖🦖 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ 🦖 DINO RIBS: 🔪 Trim but still leave some good fat 💥 Mustard or Hot Sauce as a binder 🧂 Salt and Pepper on all sides 💨 In the smoker @ 225 degrees when… 🔥 Internal temp reaches 203 degrees take out ⏰ Cook time was 10 hours 💤 Rest for 1 hour 🎨 Then slice into your masterpiece BBQ Suace: 🍅1 cup Ketchup 🧁1/2 cup brown sugar 🍏1 1/2 oz Apple Cider Vinegar 💧1 oz Water 🌭1 TBSP Mustard 🌶️1 TBSP Paprika 🧂1 TSP Salt 🔥1 TSP Pepper 💥Blend then simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes This by far was the best Sandwich ever made!

Stromboli, Calzone, or Oven Bake?! 🤌🏼🇮🇹 Recipe Below ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Feeds 4-6ppl Prep time: 30 minutes Cook time 45 minutes Ingredients: 1 Pound of Argentinian Shrimp 3 Tbsp Signature Seafood Seasoning 16 Ounces Shredded Mozzarella 10 Grape Tomatoes 1 Puff Pastry Sheet 2 egg Yolks Pesto: 1 Large Bunch Spinach 1 Bunch Basil 8 Ounces of Parmesan 1 1/2 Cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 Garlic cloves 5 Ounces of Walnuts or Pine Nuts 1 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Pepper How to: •Season Shrimp using our Seafood Blend & Paprika •Sear Shrimp on high 1 minute per side •Set Shrimp aside and make the Pesto •Add all the ingredients on the list above and blend until smooth. •Using 1 Puff Pastry Sheet Roll out and add Mozzarella cheese, Pesto, Shrimp, and tomatoes in the center •Pastry edge cut strips and braid your calzone •Egg wash on the puff pastry which helps get a golden brown color •In the Pellet Smoker or Oven at 425 degrees for 45 minutes and ENJOY!

Buffalo Chicken Jalapeño Popper 🤯 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Smoked Chicken 🐓 * Set your smoker to 375 degrees * Using pellets for that maximum smoke flavor * Season your Chicken with your favorite Rub * Smoke until the chicken breast reaches 165 degrees internal * Rest for 30 minutes and shred Buffalo Chicken Popper 🤯 * In a bowl mix shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, and buffalo sauce. * In your jalapeño boat add cream cheese, buffalo chicken mix, and blue cheese crumbles then wrap with bacon * Top with your favorite BBQ sauce and in the smoker at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or until the bacon is done. * Top with buffalo sauce & blue cheese! * Enjoy! The BBQ Texas Donut 🍩 Recipe below ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Recipe makes 6 Texas Donuts: Ingredients: 1/2 lb Brisket 12 Slices of Bacon 1 Jalapeño 2 Big Yellow Onions 4 oz Cream Cheese 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar and Mozzarella 1 BBQ Sauce 1 1/2 Cups Flour 16 ounces of Cold Beer or Club soda 3 Tbsp Baking Powder (double acting) 1/4 Cup Paprika 1 Tbsp Onion Powder 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder 1 Tbsp Salt 1 Tbsp Pepper How to: 1. Chop cooked brisket in small pieces, add bbq sauce, and mix well. 2. Chop jalapeños. 3. In a mixing bowl add brisket, jalapeños, cream cheese, and shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend and mix. 4. Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices using the slices closest to the center since they are bigger and put aside a small ring and large ring. 5. Fill the center of the two rings with the filling. 6. Wrap the filled onion rings with 2 strips of bacon and use a toothpick to keep it in tack. 7. Then BBQ over Kingsford charcoal until bacon is cooked. 8. In a mixing bowl, add flour, paprika, baking powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and 16 ounces of cold beer or club soda for your batter. 9. Dunk the cooked rings in the batter, then fry. 10. In 375 degree canola oil, fry until golden brown. Should take 2-3 minutes 11. Dip with your favorite bbq sauce or ranch and enjoy with your friends and family!

Croissant Viral Flying Dutchman 🍔 Recipe ⤵️⤵️⤵️ Before I get into it… I have to give a huge shoutout to Zeinali for the inspiration on his spiral croissants filled with chocolate! When I saw this I had to try it, but as a burger bun! 👌🏼 Also the OG Burger patties from District are my go to since they use Chuck, Brisket, and Short Rib for the blend and the taste is amazing! 👌🏼 Spiral Croissant Onion Bun: 🍔 1 box of Puff Pasty (2 sheets) 🍔 1 box makes 2 buns for 1 Burger 🍔 Cut in 1/2 inch pieces and roll 🍔 slice a 1/4 inch thick onion 🍔 On a sheet pan add butter, brown sugar, and lay your onion on top 🍔 Then add your spiral puff pastry on top of the onion 🍔 Coat the puff pastry with butter 🍔 And add cookie cutter rings that are 4 plus inches to keep it’s form 🍔 In the smoker or oven at 400 degrees for 45 minutes 🍔 Enjoy! In & Out Sauce: 1/2 cup Mayo 1/4 cup Ketchup 2 Tbsp Mustard 1 oz juice of Yellow Hot Chili Pepper 1/8 cup Relish Pinch Salt & Pepper 1 Tbsp Sugar If you read this far I’m sure you’re going to try it! This was soooo good!!!

Mexican Elote Dip Poppers with Black Label Bacon Recipe makes 16 Jalapeño Poppers and using Hormels Black Label Bacon is the perfect thickness and length for these Elote Poppers 🥓 Ingredients: 1 Pack Hormels Black Label Bacon 16 Large Jalapeños 3 Tbsp BBQ Rub 2 lbs Colby Jack 1 Block Cream Cheese 1 lb Canned Corn 2 Tbsp Paprika 1 Tbsp Valentina 1 lime Squeeze 1/2 Cup Cotija Cheese 1 Tbsp Tajin 3/4 Cup Cilantro 8 ounces Mexican Crema 2 Tbsp Milk 1. Add Corn, Cream Cheese, Paprika, Colby Jack, Mexican Crema, and Lime Juice in a 1/2 Pan. 2. Then in the Smoker or Oven at 375 degrees for 40 minutes mixing every ten minutes. 3. When done top with Cotija, Tajin, Cilantro, and Valentina Hot Sauce and mix the dip to incorporate all the flavors. 4. Next add your dip in Jalapeño boats and then wrap with Hormels Black Label Bacon. 5. Top with BBQ Rub and in the Smoker or Oven for one hour. 6. Top with Hot Sauce, Cotija, and Corn for presentation. 7. Enjoy!
