A born native New Yorker, is self-taught: Zedekiah Benknockee, never attended culinary school, instead he found his passion for cooking studying at his mother side and as his talents grew experimenting in the kitchen. He worked for the Educational Alliance at one of their camps as assistant cook and dinning- room manager. And Head cooking instructor for (The Q- Studios Lab). He had been cooking p

He always had a love for working, and teaching children the art of cooking. As a father of 4 young boys he has made it his personal goal to inspire children to feed themselves, and have lots of fun doing it.
