WiNEisFOOD GUIDE🍷 Advancing Wine As Food Through Agricultural Stewardship | Table Culture 🍷 Corporate & Private Wine Educational Workshops & Events | Snackuterie Boards + Wine Inspired Bites | Event Mobile GO Wine Truck THE QUALITY OF OUR LIFES is in proportion of how much we love ourselves, and how much we want to experience excellence in what we do and what we learn with our friends and the ones

we love. I’m here to assist, teach, and guide you step-by-step. From choosing your wine, to showing you how to serve it with food and create an experience for you and your guests. I EAT WINE, ALONG WITH MY FOOD, AND OF COURSE I DO IT WITH MEASURE: 1-2 glasses at dinner time. WINE is FOOD because you taste it, chew it and swallow it. I've also written the WINE is FOOD book about excellent wine and wine service. I'm very happy to share this healthy lifestyle via wine-tastings at the comfort of your home.

“It's not a surprise that the most important events take place around the dining table. Dining is a long-time pleasure tale of sharing food, family and friends” Chefs (we all have a chef inside of us), guests, our table, food and wine have a universal relationship, and it's the basic need to satisfy each other's hunger by sharing. Wine is Food and there is nothing intimidating about it. This wine guide will help you navigate the basics of wine and will assist in a very simple manner how to drink, wine, buy and serve wine. And most important of all I will teach you how to romance your table. Each one of us gets this particular realization when we invite guests to our home, serve them our best food, and treat them well. It is very pleasurable when we become guests and somebody serves us in a cordial manner. It makes us feel important, sometimes feeling like a queen or king. This analogy shows us how we human beings appreciate, seek and at times demand GOOD SERVICE, GOOD FOOD, and COMFORTABLE PHYSICAL ATMOSPHERE. Depending on how these three elements have been combined allow you to give a critique(s) or compliment(s) about the entire experience, and finally decide to come back either to their house or restaurant. I will take you by your hand to make sure you eat well, and are happy with your “experience” anywhere! YOU CAN COUNT ON ME!! THESE EVENTS SELL OUT FAIRLY QUICKLY. PLEASE WHEN BOOKING AN EVENT, SPECIFY WHICH ONE(S) YOU ARE INTERESTED IN (PLEASE FOLLOW LINK TO MY WEBSITE) AND BOOK IT WITH AT LEAST A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I will contact you as soon as possible and explain the different packages for you to choose.

The mission has always been clear: Wine is a food staple.
I am deeply honored by the extraordinary encouragement shared by Eric Flanagan at our last Private Cellar Exchange. To have a winemaker of his caliber recognize the heart of the WiNEisFOOD framework is a testament to the importance of this journey.
The right arm of this movement is the vineyard, those who tend the vines and the winemakers who craft the narrative. At the table, the WiNEisFOOD framework is vital. By treating wine as a food staple, we promote a healthier lifestyle when you “eat” wine rather than “drink” it.
I am working to restore the context of the Integrated Table to protect the category for the next generation of farmers and guests. Tulsa, your support has been the foundation of this movement. We are putting wine back where it belongs: as a nutrient for connection and enjoyment at the table.
Thank you, Eric, for your incredible words, and thank you, Tulsa, for joining us at the table. I invite you all to become part of the wine is food movement.

🍷 BREAK THE GLASS CEILING: WINE IS FOOD
The Private Cellar Exchange | It’s time to bring wine back where it belongs: at the center of the table.

WiNEisFOOD is more than a tasting, it’s a ritual. We’re stripping away the pretense and restoring the “why” of wine.

This is an evening for the curious, the collectors, and the people who believe that a bottle only truly opens up when it’s shared over a meal and real conversation.

THE PHILOSOPHY: EAT WINE. DON’T DRINK IT.
We don’t just pour; we experience.

We’re looking for bottles with a story, the ones that matter to you. Bring a bottle from your cellar min $50 and up that is personal to you, and prepare to discover pours you’ve never seen (and perhaps thought you never would).

This exchange makes the “impossible” bottles possible.

THE EXPERIENCE:
Expect an evening of high-energy education and deep connection, featuring:

Signature Snackuterie Platters: Curated for the ultimate pairing.

Classic House Terrines: Artisanal, rustic, and made for wine.

Thoughtful Pairings: We respect the know-how and the “where” behind every label.

THE DETAILS:
WHEN: Monday, May 18 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

WHERE: Boston Title & Abstract

THE ENTRY: $100 (Covers your seat, education, and service)

🎟️ RESERVE YOUR SEAT
Space is strictly limited for those who actually care about what’s in the glass.

Come for the wine, stay for the restoration of the ritual, and go home with new friendships you’ll want to nurture.

DM me for specific details and tkt link on bio.

We get excited for the origin. We live for the anticipation. We see you at the table.
