Chocolate filled Doughnuts This one came to life in the middle of a casual kitchen chat with mama. Talking about desserts, memories, and those sweet cravings that sneak up on you. She pauses, smiles, and goes, “I have an idea.” And I already know it’s going to be good 😌🍩 She said, “Trust me,” and before I knew it, dough was rising and the kitchen smelled like comfort. Sugar-dusted doughnuts, still warm, then filled with chocolate because mama believes every dessert should have a little surprise inside. just like her. And honestly? I wish you could reach through the screen and try one. I know they look incredible, but they tasted even better This is what I love most. recipes born from conversation, creativity, and that endless love mama pours into everything she makes. Simple ingredients, big heart, and a whole lot of joy shared between us 🤍 As always, pairs best with 🥰 Ingredients • 2 cups flour • Pinch of salt • 12 oz water • ½ oz oil • 1 tbsp active dry yeast • 1 cup sugar (for coating) Method Combine flour, salt, water, oil, and yeast in a stand mixer. Mix until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rise for about 2 hours, or until tripled in size. Heat oil to 325°F (165°C). Lightly oil your fingers, portion 1–2 tablespoons of dough, and carefully drop into the hot oil. Fry, turning occasionally, until evenly golden—about 2 minutes per side. Remove and immediately toss in sugar to coat. Fill a piping bag with chocolate-hazelnut spread. Insert the tip into each doughnut and pipe until filled. Serve warm and enjoy.

Chicken Limone🍋 One of my absolute favorite dishes Mama makes… lemon chicken. Simple ingredients, but the way she brings it all together makes it something really special. The chicken is lightly pan seared, then finished with mushrooms, onions, and fresh lemon that creates the most beautiful, bright, silky sauce. It’s the kind of dish that feels light, comforting, and full of flavor all at the same time. So for everyone who’s always saying, “We want to hear Mama talk!” here you go. This one’s for you😉☺️♥️ We had so much fun making this video together, and honestly it felt even more special sharing those real moments in the kitchen. Let us know what you think of this style of video. If you enjoy hearing us talk and seeing more of our personalities, maybe we’ll do more like this. Just let us know in the comments. We love hearing from you. ❤️🇮🇹 Ingredients • 3 lb chicken breast • 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced • Juice of 3 lemons • 1 lemon, thinly sliced • 1 Spanish onion, thinly julienned • 3 sprigs parsley, chopped (plus 1 sprig for garnish) • 3 tbsp olive oil (for frying) • 1 tbsp butter • 1 cup flour • Salt and pepper, to taste Method 1. Butterfly the chicken breasts and gently pound them between plastic wrap to an even thickness. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Place flour in a shallow dish and season lightly with salt and pepper. Dredge the chicken in the flour, shaking off any excess. 3. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 4. In a clean pan, heat a little oil and sauté the sliced mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and cook until their moisture has released. 5. Add the julienned onion, half the chopped parsley, and half the lemon juice. Cook until the onions soften. 6. Sprinkle in 2 tablespoons of flour and stir to lightly thicken the sauce. 7. Return the chicken to the pan and simmer briefly to combine the flavors. Add the remaining lemon juice if needed. 8. Finish with the sliced lemons, adjust seasoning, and garnish with parsley before serving
