✨Mixed Moong + Toor Dal with Ghee Tadka - Protein Rich
✨Mint Buttermilk- For beating the heat, protein rich
✨Indrayani Steam Rice - Portion Controlled Flavorsome Carbs
✨Cucumber - Additional Fibre
✨Flaxseed Chutney - Fibre & Omega Fatty Acids Heart Healthy
✨Garlic Coconut Chutney - For tickling tastebuds 😉

Having said that it’s high time we stop seeing food as just carb , proteins and fats. It’s all the way more soulful and divine than just those labels.
