418 jars prepped, cooked, filled and canned yesterday. Bringing our current total in 3 days to....

1,097.😳😵‍💫🤯😁❤️

And today...we're making sourdough breads, yeast breads, chow chow and apple butter.

Its just a 2 man operation right now. Me and my 2nd daughter Morgan Thomas. She's a senior in high school, goes to votech for pre engineering and concurrent college courses @ OU! Morgan is a ROCKSTAR! Couldn't do this without her ❤️

Did I mention she's a straight A student thats had a 4.0 + her entire high school years? Oh... she is 😉. Actually its been that way since pre-k. She won't even miss a day of school. How'd i get so lucky?

BREAD IS READY! 5 PM FRIDAY AUGUST 21ST

I'm ready for some fall temps and relief from this heat! Im a summer lover...but im over it.

How about a taste of fall today. PUMPKIN BREAD 🎃

We've got a very limited supply of pickled okra.

We are restocking.... and changing out the fridge. Later Today.... butter pecan cakes, lemon cakes, brownies, breads (they need to bake) and what ever else I have time for.
