Not done yet because apparently girl math does NOT apply to landscaping projects 😂 but the paver walkway is finally starting to come together.

Wildflowers are planted, the bird bath found its home, and I’m slowly building out the little cottage garden area I’ve been dreaming about. 🌼

At this point my backyard is turning into a mix of garden center, chicken ranch, and outdoor therapy session… and honestly? I’m not mad about it.

Little by little it’s starting to feel like the backyard oasis I’ve been dreaming about.

Today I scattered shade wildflower seeds, found the perfect spot for the bird bath, and started planning out a flower garden right alongside the veggies. I’m already envisioning a little paver walkway winding through here with mulch paths and a cozy French bistro sitting area tucked into the wildflowers. 🌼🌸🌻🌷

I love the idea of pollinators, hydrangeas, veggies, chickens, and wildflowers all kind of existing together out here.

I know nobody else can fully see the vision I have inside my head yet but I hope you’re following along to see how it all turns out. Slow and steady over here…

Hey friends 🌿🐓✨

I’ve really been wanting to go live more often and share all the things I’ve been working on — even just little daily check-ins and real-life moments with you guys. Unfortunately, Facebook has two requirements before I can go live: the page has to be at least 60 days old OR I need 100+ followers.

So if you’ve been enjoying my content and feel inclined, I’d love if you shared my page with your friends and family. 💛 I’d especially love to reconnect with all my old Pearly girls ( Pearls with Mallory )and catch up with everyone.

This whole journey has truly become a labor of love for me. Between the garden, the chickens, cooking, projects around the house, and just slowing down a little… it’s been incredibly grounding. I’m learning to be more intentional with my time at home and becoming more rooted in the things that genuinely bring me peace and joy. 🌱

I can’t wait to share more of it with y’all!
