We are now taking deposits for 1/8 of beef for March of 2027. This will be the perfect size if you want to try our meat before investing in larger quantities, are single or a couple or don't have freezer room for more at the moment. We are still taking deposits for quarters, halves and wholes for 2027.

Good luck to our friend Jared today as he competes in the Hickory 100. He will be fueled with some of our ground beef later today.

Good luck to Jared Lail as he runs in the Hickory 100 race today. The 100-mile ultramarathon starts at 8 a.m. Saturday, with a published cutoff of 4 p.m. Sunday. He has set a goal to finish in 24 hours. He is running for Team BEEF(North Carolina Beef) and all farmers. For Jared, running with Team BEEF is about more than crossing a finish line. It is an opportunity to represent farmers, ranchers,
the beef industry, and the hardworking people behind the food
on our tables—all while promoting an active, healthy lifestyle.

Price range would be around $600
You would get a variety of meats to try including ground beef, steaks, and roasts. This would be perfect for a single person, couple, someone who doesn't want to invest in a larger freezer or someone that has been wanting to try our beef before investing in a quarter, half or whole. These are not available now, but could be in 2027.

Our cows are on pasture 24/7, have access to hay 24/7 and are fed grain once a day. They are born on the farm and live their life here until they are taken to butcher.

We do still have spots available for quarter, half and whole beef for 2027 and are taking deposits for those now.

Our last two calves for our beef for 2026 just went to the processor!

We have held back way more calves than we were able to last year to sell for beef. Some may ask, why are you taking deposits now when I won't get the beef until next year? We want to make sure we have you on our calendar for your calf wether its whole, half or quarter. Last year we didn't have near as many to sell for beef and we sold out within weeks. Your deposits guarantees your beef for the select month in 2027. Buying beef is in investment, just like paying for a car or buying your groceries for the week. Your deposit helps us care from the animal, from the grain it eats to the diesel fuel that's needed to make the hay for them. Your deposit also helps us make sure you don't decide to back out last minute and we are stuck with meat that is already hanging at the processor and waiting to be picked up.
