*Dry Rub - salt, brown sugar, paprika, garlic, & onion*
Dry rub leg of lamb
Place in crock pot with garlic cloves & chopped onion & a little broth
Cook low for 8-10hrs
Shred
Add BBQ sauce of choice
Make sliders & enjoy!!!
