On my way home from Nashville,TN and had ti make a stop. Don't get in here very much but its great every time. Mozzarella sticks. More like mozzarella bricks!
The beer shown below is their juicy IPA and let me tell you.. its smooth,it's juicy and its not over bearing. A very refreshing brew i suggest for any ipa lover!

I've currently been participating in Dry January. Crazy right?
Making alot of changes in my personal and things are going great... one thing i ain't changing... beer drinking! Craft beer drinking!
Next week, I am going to reach out to some breweries I've had my eye on and see if I cant get some interviews set up with them in February!

Ran to Sleepy Creek Vineyards yesterday for some wine samples!
I didn't think to take pictures until it was nearly too late!
Sour puss was a white wine much like a reisling! Enjoyed it!

Lunacy was somewhat close to a semi sweet red wine. Coming in at 16.5% solid flavor!

Lady Peche was a mix of peach and heat. I honestly cant remember if it was jalapeño or habenero pepper. The peach drowns out the heat to leave just a tad bit of warmth. Very enjoyable.

My favorite was the Winey Mary. A wine variation of a bloody Mary!
Good tomatoe and jalapeño mix, not sure but tasted like some olive juice was in the blender? Or maybe it just gave me such a good flavor I was dreaming of a bloody Mary!

The atmosphere was great. The indoor area is cozy and the outdoor area is open and beautiful.

Imagine a pumpkin pie in liquid form. Thats what you get outta this!
I also had their teriyaki shrimp with grilled pineapple over jasmine rice... absolutely delicious. If you've never been get yourself over there!

This brew was light.
It was everything I hoped it was. A light beer that gave the perfect scent of peanut butter but the taste of grape jelly and a light peanut butter flavor.
I really enjoyed this beer!
I had worries about the peanut(butter) flavor would take over this beverage but they perfectly executed this! 8.50 outta 10! Lil Beaver Brewery Bloomington Ill.

Believe this comes in at 6.5%
Do you like Pumpkin Pie? Do you like it really sweet? Then this is the beer for you! It tastes just like a Pumpkin pie with extra sugar. It was alright. I want to give it a higher score but how sugary it was kinda holds me back. 6.50 outta 10.
Think if they held off on the lactose this easily would've been an 8-8.25 Brewer for me.

Long line and good business in their first day. Lovely place and open area to enjoy!
