I am proud and honored to have had the upbringing I did and the Elders of both sides of my family that taught me how to be efficient in the kitchen. With the love from my Great grandmother Mamie Chambers, my grandmothers Inez Rush and Louise Adams, and my mother Tamica Wells, I was able to come up with the name of my business Milt's Kitchen&Grill by taking the first letters of their names and putting them together...now for those that know "Milt" which is the name of Hazlehurst's master cook and griller, who also happens to be my great Uncle( may he rest in peace) is also an inspiration and reason for my choice of career. Through me their legacy will live on. My family's cuisine and take on southern classic dishes will definitely leave your stomach full, mouth wanting more, and mind reminiscing on those ole traditional dishes your ancestors used to make. Everything we create is with love and passion with a desire to have you coming back for more. Let our food comfort your soul.
