Two NEW things today:

1) Polish Vegetable Salad
The salad of my husband's people 😅😅
It has potatoes, carrots, peas, apples, pickles, onions, eggs, mayo, salt and pepper.

2) S'mores cookies
I found this online and I wanted to try it. Unfortunately for my diet plan, I ate several already. They are graham crackers with marshmallow fluff, Nutella, and then dipped in chocolate!

I have a potato weigh station up! There are boxes over the potatoes til my husband brings me a shade tent, but lift them up and grab potatoes! Red potatoes $1/lb white and purple $2/lb

I also have some bread, cookies just came out of the oven, and wonderful veg.

They are NOT local, but I got a good bulk deal. If you want a lb or more of strawberries, I can hold some for you! $2.00/lb. I checked online, they are $3/lb at Walmart and $2.49 at Kroger. Here is a picture (this box appears less full because my children have eaten several)

I just put out fresh cookies and cookie sammies. I also made little peach cobblers (6 in diameter). They are tasty. There were 4 originally, but one got eaten 🤷.
I also put out some more tomatoes and refrigerator pickles!

After a weekend of yeast breads, I'm back to sourdough!These loaves will be cool by 11:30 :)
