Today we are in NIOTA at The Fried Green Tomato Festival. Never do I come to our page and complain or be negative. However, we have had a nightmare of a morning and we are not able to work from our trailer. With the amount of food that’s been prepped we have decided to serve from our bus. **We will do the very best we can.** We have a very limited menu. There is no tax, everything is even dollars. We are CASH ONLY. ****If you choose to eat with us today, I need you to give my girls some grace and please be kind. They’re set up is wonky. It might take a little longer to get food and we may not have exactly what you came for. But they are already hot tired and frustrated. When I say it’s been a morning that’s putting it lightly. Bring your smile, encouragement and some patience when you order. I appreciate you guys and more than anything I appreciate my girls willing to be flexible and not letting the hard days win.
