🌿 Market Day is Here! 🌿

The table is stocked with fresh sourdough, beautiful farm-grown bouquets, and homemade treats, and we can’t wait to see you this morning!

This week’s bouquets are overflowing with all the colors and textures that make summer so special, and the sourdough is looking much happier after last week’s starter hiccup. Thank you all for your patience and support—it means more than you know.

Safe to say summer bouquets have officially arrived. 🌸 I can’t seem to cut them fast enough! The gardens are overflowing with fresh blooms and every bouquet is fuller and more beautiful than the last. If you’ve been thinking about picking one up at the market, now is the perfect time—summer flowers are at their peak and each week brings something new. 🌿💐

We’re back to our regularly scheduled sourdough programming this week and we’re coming with a brand new flavor: Blueberry Cream Cheese Sourdough 🫐🍞✨
Sweet blueberries folded into our long-fermented sourdough with pockets of rich cream cheese for the perfect balance of tangy, soft, and just a little indulgent.

This one feels like something between fresh bread and your favorite bakery pastry — and it won’t last long at market.

Available this weekend in limited quantities. Preorders are always the safest bet 💙

Friendly reminder that the farm bakery had a bit of a funky week so no sourdough this week but we have plenty of other great choices🤍

We’ve got extra eggs and flowers this week plus a few new items: buttery pull apart dinner rolls and pillowy cinnamon rolls!

A little behind-the-scenes honesty from the farm bakery today 🤍

Sourdough is living, breathing, and sometimes a little unpredictable — and this week my starter decided it needed a bit more time and care before producing the quality of loaves I’m proud to put on your tables. Rather than sell bread that didn’t meet my standards, I made the decision to pivot this week’s bake into something equally delicious:

• Rustic sourdough focaccia
• Soft, buttery yeasted dinner rolls

One thing I’ll always promise is that I won’t sell anything I’m not genuinely proud of. Quality will always come before quantity here, even on difficult bake weeks.

The good news: the starter is already being refreshed and strengthened, and next week’s sourdough loaves will be back exactly the way you know and love them — with the flavor, texture, and rise you expect from me.

Thank you for supporting a small farm and bakery where everything is truly made by hand, batch by batch. Your support means more than you know, and I’m so grateful you’re here through the beautiful, imperfect process of real artisan baking 🤍
