Ok! A friend of mine turned me on to Corn s**t this week at his farm. He had me visit to pickup some corn and we were able to find several ears that had corn s**t on it.

So, I took it, cleaned it and sautéed it in butter and topped my quiche! It was still a little firm, corn sweet, woody and earthy a lot like a mushroom!!! In Mexico it is a delicacy!!

How many of you are familiar with corn s**t??
