🇩🇪 Our beloved and award slaying German Pilsner - Pilsners are Lagers is back! Believe it or not, this year it was a little more difficult to import things. Wonder why? Anywho, this pils checks all the boxes.

🦝 Crimson Gaze - Red IPA 🦝

This beer is also not a stranger to the spotlight. It is our red ipa featuring Pale, Munich, Biscuit. and Ruby malts from Epiphany Malt and Estate Grown Cascade from Crosby Hops

🔬 West Coast Science is Crushable 🔬

We tweaked this beer to feature our super light and lean malt bill and then hit it with a potent mixture of Cascade, Mosaic, and Nelson Sauvin. It is super bright and refreshing with notes of pink grapefruit, a little bubblegum, and some delicate gooseberry.

☕️🍫 Walter’s Brunch is back! This is our decadent yet perfectly balanced 7% coffee porter. We add Videri Chocolate Factory cacao nibs and fresh roasted coffee from ES Coastal Roasting Co. ☕️✌️ at the end of fermentation, along with a hint of maple syrup😎. Now available in cans and on draft.

🌲 Gong Resin - Hazy IPA 🌲

We make Gong Resin periodically when we find particular crop years of hops that scream fresh grapefruit and pine with perhaps a hint of resinous character. This year we started brewing with Crosby Hops estate Cascade hops. These hops are exceptional. They are featured in this beer. Despite the face punch of aroma, this beer still has a nice juicy character🥰
